Dennis Meseroll

Co-Founder and Executive Director

It was while working for a financial and investment advisory firm in Bangkok as an Asia business consultant that Dennis J. Meseroll first gained experience advising firms on market entry into China, and where he met John Evans. In 1997, Dennis and John partnered to launch Tractus Asia Ltd., applying their complementary approaches and experience in site selection and market entry consultancy to form the foundation of what would become a leading strategic advisory firm specializing in the Asia-Pacific region.

Since that time, Dennis has played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth and evolution. While he is active in driving the company’s operations across all areas, Dennis finds himself focusing today on helping firms develop an effective location strategy. He applies a data-based approach to analysis, ensuring multinational organizations are well versed in the indicators they need to successfully launch in Asia.

To date, Dennis has supported the firm in advising on more than USD $8 billion in trade and investment transactions across a wide variety of sectors. This experience has made him a sought-after Asia business consultant to multilateral, national and regional economic development organizations from North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia on trade and investment-related issues. In addition to his operational work with Tractus, Dennis sits on the boards of several companies in Asia and has been an angel investor into several early stage technology, manufacturing and service companies.

A New Jersey native, and American citizen, Dennis has undertaken assignments in nearly every country in Asia. He has lived in Thailand for nearly 30 years and is fluent in the Thai language.
